I believe that it all starts at the beginning, with the order. Understand it, get it right and make sure my customer understands it too and the rest of the project is set up properly to perform. Ensure your supply chain is also fully engaged with robust contracts and managed closely. I also understand that with all of the other issues, this often gets overlooked and this is where the dissatisfaction starts to emerge, the gap between expectation and delivery.
