30 years in Quantity Surveying, dispute management and contract negotiation in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering sector of the construction industry, has equipped me with the experience to assist your business in establishing a firm foundation from which to deliver its services or help to restore the balance when things go wrong.

Graduating as a mechanical and electrical quantity surveyor in 1988 I have spent a career working for major M&E contractors and technical FM providers such as Crown House, William Steward, ABB, Inviron and Imtech.

Managing the resolution of many disputes and major legal actions including Isovel, Total M&E, Orange EBS and Bennett Electrical Services, working with leading Lawyers from top 10 firms and the UK’s top construction barristers.

With particular specialism in Mechanical & Electrical Contracting, the Aviation Sector, Technical Facilities Management and Marine HVAC, I am able to provide the commercial support that quite often does not exist within your business but is so fundamental in this maturing market. As customers become more aware of their contractual rights and more willing to exert them, it is important that you are fully aware of your obligations and rights under your contract, its not meant for the bottom drawer!
